Costco Hit With $3.5 Million Verdict in Trucking Accident Case

On July 20, 2023 a jury in Riverside County awarded plaintiff Taadhineka Herring $3.5 million in damages in a case where the car he was driving was rear ended by a Costco employee operating a truck.
