Open Position: Associate Attorney

Poole Shaffery, a 25+ year AV rated civil litigation defense firm, seeks attorneys to join our team. In office positions available in both our Newport Beach and Santa Clarita offices. Practice areas include the defense of toxic tort product liability litigation matters, trucking /transportation cases and premises liability matters.

This position includes responsibility for taking/defending depositions; propounding/responding to written discovery; preparing client status letters; drafting law and motion; mediation and trial preparation and attending court appearances.

These positions are open to new admittees to the California State bar and attorneys with up to 3 years’ experience. ABA Law School degree preferred. Salary consistent with experience. Send resume with writing samples and references to resume@pooleshaffery.com
