Congratulations to David Poole, Partner at Poole Shaffery , who successfully defended a client in a month-long trial where plaintiff sought to recover in excess of $1 million dollars in damages. The firm's client had rear-ended a tractor with his truck, then veered into the adjacent lane and had a head-on collision with the vehicle in which plaintiff was an occupant. David obtained a defense verdict in favor of the client and was able to successfully argue that the tractor driver and owner were 100% liable for plaintiff's damages.
