Kevin Moore will be speaking at the 2014 Association of Defense Counsel for Northern California and Nevada Construction Defect Conference. The conference is set to take place on April 25, 2014 in Walnut Creek, CA. The Association of Defense Counsel (ADC) is "the only organization in Northern California and Nevada standing up for attorneys who make their living defending civil lawsuits," and its members are united in their desire to put forth the defense perspective to the State Legislature and the Judicial Council. The ADC regularly organizes seminars on a broad range of pertinent legal topics, so Mr. Moore is looking forward to the opportunity to contribute to the organization's latest conference.
