Litigation Attorney

Poole Shaffery, a 25-year AV rated law firm, seeks a full-time attorney to join our firm in our Santa Clarita office. Practice areas include the defense of transportation, premises liability, and product liability litigation matters . This is a unique opportunity for someone to learn and practice basic litigation skills. This position is open to new admittees to the State bar. This position includes responsibility for taking/defending depositions; propounding/responding to written discovery; drafting/arguing law and motion maters; court appearances; mediation preparation/participation; and trial preparation/participation. California bar membership is required. ABA Law School degree preferred. Salary - $90,000 a year plus benefits. Send resume with writing samples and references to resume@pooleshaffery.com.
