Bio
Jeff Soll is a Partner in the litigation department at Poole Shaffery. Mr. Soll’s civil litigation practice includes representing entities and individuals in general liability defense including trucking and transportation, premises liability, construction site accidents, products liability, religious organizations, as well as subrogation claims. Mr. Soll has handled thousands of cases over his legal career and has tried several cases to verdict.
In 2003, Mr. Soll received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego where he majored in Political Science with a minor in Law & Society.
In 2006, Mr. Soll received his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from the University of Law Verne College of Law. During law school, he earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Torts and Business Organizations. He also served on law review as a senior staff writer and technical editor for the Journal of Juvenile Law.
Mr. Soll was admitted to the California Bar in 2006 as well as later admitted to the federal courts of the Central District and Eastern District of California.
Prior to joining Poole Shaffery, Mr. Soll started his career as in-house counsel handling workers’ compensation subrogation claims and thereafter went on to become a partner at a statewide law firm as the Managing Partner of the Civil Litigation and Subrogation Department for nearly a decade.
