Caleb A. Miller
Bio
Caleb A. Miller is an associate with Poole Shaffery, where he focuses on civil litigation, defending clients in transportation, premises liability, and general liability matters. Additionally, Mr. Miller has experience prosecuting and defending claims in labor and employment litigation, family disputes, and contract drafting and analysis. Mr. Miller represents clients throughout the State of California, having extensive experience in litigating cases at every stage of the litigation process.
Mr. Miller obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University, Northridge. Mr. Miller went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine School of Law where he participated in Mock Trial, founded the Blockchain Tech Legal Society, defended clients in securities arbitration and conducted over 30 mediations.
Prior to joining Poole Shaffery, Mr. Miller served in the United States Marine Corps as an Intelligence Analyst and Foreign Military Advisor to the Afghan National Army. Mr. Miller prides himself on his discipline, attention to detail, and creative problem solving.
