Andrew J. Philips
Bio
Andrew J. Phillips is counsel to the law firm of Poole Shaffery. His practice areas include toxic tort litigation, construction defect, trust administration, product liability, premises liability, trucking and transportation, business and commercial litigation, and business law.
Mr. Phillips obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Law & Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2007. Mr. Phillips earned his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, California, in 2011. His legal education encompassed a broad range of subjects, including advanced trial advocacy and mock trial.
Mr. Phillips previously held the position of Managing Attorney at a specialized criminal post-conviction litigation firm. Prior to joining Poole Shaffery, Mr. Phillips served as an Associate Attorney at a law firm in San Francisco, California, where he managed personal injury cases and represented clients in construction defect litigation.
