Merrill Mulally v. Oakwood Worldwide, et al. (Ventura County Super Ct. No. 56-2021-00551735-CU-PA-VTA): On February 5, 2025 a jury awarded a $10 million verdict to plaintiff Merrill Mulally, the driver of a vehicle who sustained a catastrophic spine injury after his vehicle was struck by an employee of defendant Oakwood Worldwide.
